Tomika is a fierce advocate for people with POTs (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), a condition she has been battling for years. Despite the challenges this disease has thrown her way, she hasn’t let it define her. Instead, she’s used her platform on TikTok and YouTube to fight for others who’ve been gaslit by doctors and help people get the proper diagnoses they need. Her advocacy, strength, and unwavering spirit are nothing short of inspiring.

Tomika is also an incredible mother to my niece and nephew—her love, dedication, and strength as a mother are unmatched. She’s taught them how to love, fight, and persevere, and I admire her in ways words can’t fully capture. Though she is my younger sister, Tomika is my role model, and I aspire to fight for others with the same heart, courage, and conviction that she does every single day.
